Guest reception for Spa Paradiso is located in the historic Pompeiian Room, the Davenport Hotel's original 1914 barbershop. Spa Paradiso and the elegant Davenport Hotel provide an ideal escape for any occasion, any time of the year.

Spa Products

Spa Paradiso offers hair, nail, face, and body essentials for the enjoyment of a spa experience at home. Visit us to view our complete line of products for basic skin care, cosmetics, and bath accessories, including SpaRitual all-natural products, SkinCeuticals skin-care products, Bumble and bumble hair culture and products, and many more beauty-enhancing options.

As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you silence cell phones. We also ask that children who are not receiving services remain in the front waiting area.

What to Expect

Guests are escorted to their locker rooms and enveloped in robes.

Water and herbal teas are served. If you would like a cocktail before, during, or after your appointment, please place your order through room service.

You are encouraged to use spa amenities to enhance and aid in the therapeutic quality of your treatments.

Generally undress completely for body services. Your therapist will keep your body draped during all services and only expose areas worked on.

Share feedback with your therapist as to your comfort and special troubled areas. Relax and experience rejuvenation and pampering.

Booking Policy

To respect the time of the technician as well as other guests, we require a four-hour cancellation notice prior to the scheduled time of service, or a $20 fee will be charged to your account.

Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to fully prepare for your Spa experience. Should you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened to allow time for the next guest. Parking is available in the Davenport Hotel Public Self Parking Garage located on First Avenue. Valet parking is complimentary with a minimum $10 purchase in one of the hotel's restaurants (including room service while visiting Spa Paradiso).

Gratuity

Gratuities, while greatly appreciated, are not included in the cost of services. Please let us know if you would like to include a gratuity as you conclude your services.

Gift Cards

Spa services are the perfect gift to communicate to friends and family how much you care about their health and well-being. Spa Paradiso gift cards are available by phone, mail, or online. Gift cards cannot be refunded, and must be presented at the time of service. Davenport Hotel Gift Cards may be used only when applying Spa Paradiso charges to your room bill as an overnight guest of the hotel.
